Parents can pre-enroll their child by downloading and completing the Enrollment Forms.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Completing the required Enrollment Forms does not guarantee admission into Primary Colors Early Childhood Center LLC. All admissions must be approved by the Director and an onsite tour of the facility and family interview must take place prior to actual acceptance and enrollment.
