Loraine Smith-Hines is the owner/director of Primary Colors Early Childhood Center LLC. She has been an educator for almost thirty years. She operated a successful licensed home childcare center (Primary Colors Summer Ennrichment Program) for over ten years and was also a teacher and Director of a Head Start Center for over five years. Loraine is passionate about providing quality care and education to young children and giving excellent customer service to parents. She is a wife and mother of three adult children.

She attends many industry professional development workshops, trainings, and seminars. She is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) as well the The Michigan Association for the Education of Young Children (MiAEYC). She also has memberships with other organizations that strive to improve the quality of life for young children.
